Labino Apollo 2.0 Radiometer / Photometer
The Apollo 2.0 Radiometer / Photometer from Labino is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and is in compliance with ISO 3059-12.
Our meters are calibrated at our in-house ISO/IEC 17025 ACCREDITED LABORATORY.
Question: Why should you choose a meter that is calibrated in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory?
One of the greatest problems in the NDT industry today, is the lack of authentic and accurate calibrations. Many companies try to calibrate inhouse or else at calibration labs that are unaudited. In addition, these methods do not follow a procedure that is considered adequate for calibrations – hiding instead behind generic standards.
Often, the equipment used is typically very basic, simply deploying handheld UV light used by NDT inspectors.
The consequences from wrong test readings makes for an unfortunate and confusing domino effect across the NDT industry.
Your UK distributor for Labino lamps, Labquip NDT will be opening a fully accredited Calibration Laboratory in Q1 2022.
This is a first for Labino in the UK!

The Labino Apollo 2.0 Radiometer / Photometer is an instrument for the accurate measurement of UV irradiation and visible illuminance.
Extra engineering effort is taken to make an accurate measurement of visible light emission from a UV lamp by incorporating a superior band pass filter containing only non-fluorescent filters.
The instrument provides fast measurement as it offers auto ranging and concurrent measuring of visible light and UV irradiation.
The Apollo 2.0 is ergonomic and easy to use due to its light weight chassis, wireless sensor unit and compact size.
The Apollo 2.0 is traceable to NIST (USA’s National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Apollo 2.0 description
The Apollo 2.0 radiometer / photometer comes as a single kit or as a double kit. The single kit includes one reader unit and one wireless sensor unit. A double kit includes one reader unit and two wireless sensor units. As only the sensor needs to be sent for calibration, the double kit is a convenient tool so that operations are never disrupted.
Please note that Aerospace companies that are audited by Nadcap must send in both the reader and the sensor when calibrating.
Don’t forget the unique measurement stand OLYMPOS which brings professionalism and standardization to your team.
Sensor measurements and transmission of data is done via Bluetooth. The wireless sensor enables the user to measure from up to five meters. This feature ensures that the sensor unit is stable, and no movement occurs from connecting cables during measurement. Each sensor unit has both the UV and White light sensors incorporated on it. The meter features hold and peak functions. The hold function stores the present value measured and the peak button stores the highest value measured.
