The Inspector Kit also comes with a mains PSU which can charge the UVG5 Head Torch and MB 3.0 Zeus Ergonomic Hand Lamp without removing the batteries.

Description

The standard Inspector kit (PN: K001) includes 3 highly durable UV LED lights and 1 UV and White Light meter: a MB 3.0 Zeus Ergonomic Hand Lamp with Athena spray can holder and actuator, a UVG3 2.0 Midlight Hand Torch and a UVG5 2.0 Midlight Head Torch.  However, the kit is customisable and you may replace any light within the same series.  For example, if you do inspection work for Rolls-Royce you may want to replace a UVG3 2.0 Midlight with a UVG3 2.0 Floodlight that has been tested to comply with Rolls-Royce RRES 90061.

MB 3.0 Zeus has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as the Rolls-Royce Engineering Specification RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001 Test Method.  It generates an intensity of approximately 4,500 μW/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches) and is equipped with a white light LED for after inspection.  The running time of the battery version is 3.5 hours.  The beam size generated above 1,000 μW/cm2 is approximately 9 inches / 22 cm.  An Athena spray can holder and actuator is attached on MB 3.0 Zeus.  It can hold any Aerosol NDT brand and has a trigger to actuate the aerosol whilst using the hand lamp.

UVG5 2.0 Midlight headlight has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 9,000 μW/cm2, generating a beam profile of approximately 3.8 inches / 9.5 cm above 1,000 μW/cm2, and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18, Pratt and Whitney and USAF requirements.  The battery life for UVG5 2.0 Midlight (L128) is 14 hours.

UVG3 2.0 Midlight flashlight has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 9,000 μW/cm2, generating a beam profile of approximately 3.8 inches / 9.5 cm above 1 000 μW/cm2, and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18, Pratt and Whitney and USAF requirements.  The battery life for UVG3 2.0 Midlight (L135) is 8 hours.

Apollo 2.0 dual UV and white light meter is an instrument for accurate measurement of UV irradiation and visible illuminance. It is wireless system and consists of one reader unit and one wireless sensor unit. It comes calibrated from an ISO/IEC 17025 CALIBRATION LABORATORY.
