The UVG5 2.0 is the most durable UV LED headlight in the world.  The beam profile is the largest and smoothest of any UV headlight on the market today.  Depending on the model, the beam diameter is 3-5 inches / 8-12 cm and with intensities that vary from ≈ 4,000 to 80,000 μW/cm2

Select models have been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, ROLLS-ROYCE RRES 90061 and AIRBUS AITM6-1001.  The battery run time is 8-14 hours (continuous) depending on the model.  It comes with an acoustic battery indicator that signals the remaining battery time left.

All models can be re-charged fully, within 3 hours, and without removing batteries.

Description

The UVG5 2.0 UV LED head torch is equipped with a white light block filter that is not affected by solarisation, it is IP68 WATERPROOF and is PENETRANT RESISTANT; the first UV LED headlight of its kind.

There are 5 models with three different beam sizes, Floodlight, Midlight and Spotlight.  The Floodlight and the Midlight have two models each, with and without white light.  The UVG5 2.0 Series carries a 2 YEAR WARRANTY.

UVG5 2.0 Floodlight (PN: L131) without white light has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 4,000 μw/cm2, generating a homogeneous beam profile of approximately 5 inches / 12 cm, and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18, ROLLS-ROYCE RRES 90061, AIRBUS AITM6-1001, The Boeing Company, USAF and PRATT & WHITNEY requirements.

The continuous battery run time for UVG5 2.0 Floodlight 365nm UV is 8 hours.  It does not have white light. This is ideal for Aerospace related users that need to comply with Nadcap related checklists and PRIMES requirements.

UVG5 2.0 Floodlight (PN: L130) with white light has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 4,000 μw/cm2 generating a beam profile of approximately 5 inches / 12 cm, and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18, ROLLS-ROYCE RRES 90061 and AIRBUS AITM6-1001, THE BOEING COMPANY and PRATT & WHITNEY requirements.

The continuous battery run time for UVG5 2.0 Floodlight 365nm UV is 8 hours.  It also comes with a strong “search” white light for use in dark and tight spaces such as pipes and tanks and can run 5 hours continuously in this mode and generate 1 200 fc (12000 lux). It also has a visual inspection white light mode. This can run for 19 hours continuously, and generate 200 fc (2000 lux).

UVG5 2.0 Midlight (PN: L129) without white light has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 9,000 μw/cm2 generating a beam profile of approximately 4 inches / 9.5 cm, and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18, USAF and PRATT & WHITNEY requirements.

The continuous battery run time for UVG5 2.0 Midlight 365nm UV is 14 hours. It does not have white light.  Members of the US military should ask for this model.

UVG5 2.0 Midlight (PN: L128) with white light has an intensity at the centre of ≈ 9,000 μw/cm2 generating a beam profile of approximately 4 inches / 9.5 cm and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18 and PRATT & WHITNEY requirements.

The continuous battery run time for UVG5 2.0 Midlight 365nm UV is 14 hours.  It also comes with a strong “search” white light for use in dark and tight spaces such as pipes and tanks and can run 5 hours continuously in this mode and generate 1 200 fc (12000 lux). It generates a beam profile of approximately 3 inches / 8 cm and is in compliance with ASTM E3022-18. The continuous battery run time for UVG5 2.0 Spotlight 365nm UV is 8 hours. It also comes with a white light.

Product Selection Guide

The Labino UVG5 2.0 UV LED Head Lamp is ideal for dark and tight spaces like pipes, tanks, and other spaces where the inspector needs to be hands-free. The UV LED features a white light block filter that does not suffer from solarisation.  This Head Lamp can be easily adjusted to three different angles to meet the operator’s needs and features universal style clips to attach to bump caps or hard hats.  An on/off switch located at the back prevents accidental activation and saves battery.  Batteries run for 8 hours, and are charged via a 12V vehicle power socket, wall outlet, or PSU charger.

The UVG5 2.0 UV LED Head Lamp is penetrant resistant and includes a current regulator to provide a homogeneous beam. Three models are available with varying beam profiles and UV intensities.
