The Seifert ISOVOLT Titan|neo is Waygate Technologies high-duty X-ray generator for industrial radiography systems. It provides consistent, controllable radiation output needed for weld verification, casting inspection and high-density component radiography.
Unlike mobile generators, Titan|neo is built for continuous operation. Its stable output reduces density drift between exposures, which helps inspectors maintain a consistent technique whether they’re shooting aluminium castings or thick-wall steel welds. The modular design makes it easier for engineers to service the generator, replace components and keep systems running during high-demand periods.
Titan|neo can be integrated into existing cabinets and manipulator setups, making it suitable for customers upgrading from older generators or moving from film/II systems to digital DR or CR workflows.
Labquip NDT supports system selection and integration to match generator capacity to material thickness, part geometry and inspection workflow.
Applications
1.Cabinet and Manipulator-Based Radiography
Stable radiation source for automated or semi-automated systems used on weld sections, cast parts, machined components and multi-layer assemblies.
2. Pipeline & Pressure System Welds
Consistent penetration and contrast response for procedure-based weld inspection in fabrication shops, power stations and refinery maintenance facilities.
3. Casting Inspection
Suitable for aluminium, steel and nickel-alloy castings requiring repeatable exposure settings and long-duty operation across multiple shifts.
4. Power-Generation Components
Used on turbine housings, boiler tubes, header welds and thick-section components where exposure stability is critical.
5. Aerospace & Defence Radiography
Supports radiographic procedures on metallic structures, engine parts and assemblies requiring controlled output and traceable imaging conditions.
