Each flashlight is equipped with a high-quality UV LED and a white light block filter that resists solarisation, providing consistent performance over time .
Selected models have been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061, and Airbus AITM6-1001, ensuring reliability and adherence to industry specifications .

The Labino UVG3 2.0 Series are compact UV flashlights designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications where space is tight but performance can’t be compromised. Ideal for magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI), these lights offer varying beam sizes and intensities to suit different inspection needs. All UVG3 2.0 models feature IP68 waterproof rating and penetrant-resistant sealing, making them durable enough for demanding industrial environments. Their small size and lightweight design make them easy to handle during detailed inspections in confined spaces.

Available Models:

  • UVG3 2.0 Spotlight (L134): Delivers a high UV intensity of approximately 80,000 μW/cm² with a beam diameter of about 3 inches (7.6 cm).

  • UVG3 2.0 Midlight (L135): Offers a moderate UV intensity of approximately 9,000 μW/cm² with a beam diameter of about 4.2 inches (10.5 cm).

  • UVG3 2.0 Floodlight (L136): Provides a UV intensity of approximately 4,000 μW/cm² with a beam diameter of about 4.8 inches (12 cm).
