Waygate Technologies portable and digital x-ray detector (DXR) are built for industrial environments where inspections must be done quickly, consistently and often in awkward locations. The detectors integrate with Rhythm Insight RT and provide predictable, high-contrast digital images for weld interpretation, corrosion assessment and general radiography.

• The DXR75P-HR is used when weld detail matters most — pipeline welds, pressure-system welds, thin-wall stainless, orbital welds — and supports ISO 17636-2 Class B image quality.

• The DXR100P-HP is the general-purpose panel for day-to-day RT on welds, components and mid-size structures.

• The DXR140P-HC provides a larger field of view and dose-efficient imaging for CUI, wall-loss, pipe supports, valves, tank shells and in-service inspection.

Applications

1. Weld Radiography

Used for pipeline welds, pressure-vessel welds, fabrication welds, stainless and duplex orbital welds, and structural steel. Meets the technical requirements for weld quality grading and code compliance.

2. Corrosion & In-Service Inspection (CUI / wall thickness)

Digital radiography for CUI, wall thinning, pipe supports, valves, boiler tubes and large components where the DXR140 offers dose efficiency and large coverage.

3. Castings, Components & General Radiography

Imaging of porosity, inclusions and geometry on steel, aluminium and nickel-alloy components. Useful in machine shops, foundries and maintenance engineering.

4. Concrete, Structures & Civil Assets

Digital inspection of reinforced concrete, bridge elements, multi-material structures and confined investigation points where internal detail is required.
