The Labino UV LED Pegasus Crime Kit (L104) is a portable forensic lighting system for crime scene investigators, forensic laboratories, and law enforcement units requiring reliable alternate light sources for evidence detection and documentation. The Labino Pegasus system combines three high-intensity LED lamps covering seven forensic wavelengths, enabling investigators to locate, enhance, and photograph a wide range of trace evidence under controlled lighting conditions both in the field and in the lab.
The Labino Pegasus Crime Kit provides multi-wavelength forensic illumination across 365-625 nm, covering the most commonly used light sources in crime scene investigation and forensic analysis. The system includes UV light at 365 nm for detecting biological fluids, fibres, and trace materials, blue light at 455 nm for latent fingerprint development and body fluid visualisation, and cyan light at 505 nm to enhance contrast on treated or processed surfaces. Green light at 530 nm, typically used with orange or red filters, supports biological evidence detection, while amber light at 590 nm improves contrast on porous and semi-porous materials. Red light at 625 nm assists with specialised contrast applications, and integrated white light is used for general inspection and scene documentation.
