The Labino MB Aris UV Lamp range is a compact forensic alternate light source (ALS) used across crime scene investigation, forensic laboratories, and evidence recovery units. Each handheld LED lamp delivers a dedicated forensic wavelength, allowing investigators to detect and document biological fluids, chemically treated fingerprints, fibres, bruising, and other trace evidence under controlled lighting conditions.
Labquip NDT supplies the MB Aris forensic light source range throughout England, Scotland, and Wales, providing local technical support and fast delivery to police forces and forensic service providers.
Labino MB Aris UV lamps are lightweight, battery-powered, and purpose-built for operational CSI work. The wavelengths are – UV 365 nm, Blue 455 nm, Green 530 nm, and Amber 590 nm that covers the core requirements for alternate light source examinations (ALS) used in policing and forensic workflows. Each lamp produces a stable, uniform illumination field with no central hotspot, improving the visibility of weak fluorescence during scene searches and forensic photography. This consistency is critical when working on large surfaces, irregular substrates, or low-contrast evidence.
