The Labino Handheld SB Hera UV-A LED Light is one of the most powerful (extreme UV intensity) UV-A LED lights available, generating over 90,000 μW/cm² at 38.1 cm (15 inches). It is designed for demanding applications such as leak detection, bacteria identification, pest control, curing, and outdoor non-destructive testing (NDT) in industries like oil and gas and mineral inspection. The SB Hera is fully IP68 waterproof and resistant to penetrant chemicals, making it suitable for tough environments.
Available in two versions:
- SB Hera Battery (P/N L1095): Battery-operated with about 4 hours runtime, includes a charging power supply unit (PSU) allowing charging and operation simultaneously.
- SB Hera Mains (P/N L1096): Mains-powered for continuous use, lighter than the battery model.
The lamp features a large beam diameter of approximately 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) above 1,000 μW/cm², and comes with a shoulder strap to ease handling during inspections. An optional pistol handle adaptor is available for mounting on flexible arms used in magnetic benches.
