The Labino BB 2.0 Series UV LED Lights are high-performance, handheld UV-A lamps designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications such as dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection (MPI), crack and leak detection. These lamps are IP68 waterproof and penetrant resistant, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments.
The series includes three main models with varying beam sizes and intensities:
BB 2.0 Artemis:
The most powerful model, delivering up to ≈22,000 µW/cm² at 38 cm (15 inches) with a beam diameter of about 26 cm (10.25 inches). Ideal for industries requiring very high UV intensity, such as pipeline inspection. Battery life is around 5 hours.
BB 2.0 Helios:
Mid-intensity model producing approximately 9,000 µW/cm² at 38 cm with a beam diameter of 28 cm (11 inches). Battery life is about 6 hours. It offers a large, smooth, and even beam profile without dark spots or LED shadows.
BB 2.0 Ikaros:
Produces around 4,000–5,000 µW/cm² at 38 cm with a beam diameter of 27 cm (10.6 inches). Battery runtime is approximately 7 hours. Known for its large beam coverage, it is widely used in field inspections and MPI benches.
